Riesling Sur Lie

TASTING NOTES:
It’s crisp, it has refreshing citrus flavor, fennel-like on the nose with yellow
fruity and moderately yeasty notes as well as floral hints. Restrained, slightly sweet fruit with suitable acidity, vegetal tones, traces of yeasty notes, and great body.
Sur Lie refers to “ageing on the Lees“. Meaning this type maturation ensures a pleasantly
fresh, slightly yeasty tone in the wine. Wines stored “Sur Lie“ appear fuller on the palate and
higher caliber. The alcohol is much better integrated as a result. This wine will shed a
delightful light on Rieslings for all wine enthusiasts.
