TASTING NOTES:

Strictly selected, hand harvested grapes, are then destemmed and mashed. This is followed by one mashing over several hours, then gently pressed. Stored partly in traditional casks (1,200 liters) and in stainless steel tank. after one long storage on the fine Lees. The bottling takes place in early summer. Riesling Charta is a vibrant and aromatic wine with a unique combination of fruit and mineral flavors, balanced by its signature high acidity. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a range of foods.
