TASTING NOTES:
A traditional yet modern red wine cuvée, matured in small oak barrels. After four days of cold maceration, fermentation takes place in open vats over a period of three weeks. After the pressing comes the maturation for 12 months in oak barrels. Then another 12 Months of bottle aging in our 300-year-old rock cellar. Exquisite and a true masterpiece in memory of our mother and grandmother, Elisabeth Anna. Smooth and velvety texture. Alluring aromas of ripe cherries. Rich flavors of spice and oak. This wine is an excellent addition to any meal from hearty meat dishes to delicate cheeses.
