Souvignon Blanc

Souvignon Blanc

TASTING NOTES:
Strictly selected, from hand harvested grapes. Experience a maceration of 20 hours before the gentle pressing. Then 500 liters in barrels from French Oak slowly fermented, then a final rest in a stainless-steel tank. Very animating aroma with scents of freshly cut grass, but also fruity hints of lychee or mango. Crisp and refreshing, a wine with a lot of complexity paired with a fine elegance and long finish. Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with a variety of foods, thanks to its bright acidity and herbaceous notes. It's a great match for seafood, particularly oysters, shrimp, and white fish. It also goes well with salads, particularly those with tangy vinaigrettes or goat cheese. Sauvignon Blanc can even work with spicy foods, as its high acidity can help cut through the heat.
