Spätburgunder Tradition

TASTING NOTES:
After four days of cold maceration, fermentation takes place in open vats over a period of three weeks. Pressing is followed by aging for 12 months in traditional casks (1,200 liters) and in used oak barrels. Gets before launch the wine still at least 12 Months of bottle aging in our 300-year-old rock cellar. Through strictly selected grapes, as well as the expansion in oak barrels, receives this Pinot Noir its distinctive aromas of sweet and sour cherries. Burgundy style and with long finish. It pairs well with a variety of foods, including roasted chicken, grilled salmon, and mushroom risotto.
